Components Division
Components DivisionPiedmont Plastics is your source for precision plastics machining. Our experienced technicians can machine virtually any plastic material available. Whether you need short or long run capabilities, we can work to your specifications to achieve the most cost-effective solutions. Our capabilities include CNC 4 axis milling and contouring, CNC precision turning, coordinate measurement and Quality Assurance.

Components DivisionWe offer you the advantage of the best materials combined with state-of-the-art manufacturing techniques. Complete in-house capabilities allow us to work with you from blueprint to delivery. Assuring you the quality and consistency your specifications require. Machined parts made from engineering plastics, high performance materials and even aluminum can be assembled into sub-assemblies or complete products. We also offer prototyping, 4 axis routing, bending of plastics, full mechanical assembly, and turn key project management.

Fabrication Division
Fabrication Division Piedmont Plastics is the leader in custom plastic fabrication. We are your one stop solution for fabricated or thermoformed assemblies and components -from prototypes to short or long production runs.

The Fabrication Division of Piedmont Plastics services customer requirements in a wide variety of industries including: OEM applications in the transportation, recreational equipment, medical, construction equipment, textile and custom equipment as well as components for retail store fixtures and point of purchase displays and merchandisers.

Our modern 60,000 square foot facility is equipped to provide a full range of manufacturing capabilities including, manual and CNC routing and drilling, die cutting, strip heat forming, solvent and adhesive bonding, welding, pressure and vacuum thermoforming and assembly.

Fabrication DivisionAccess to Piedmont Plastics' large inventory and our close working relationship with our suppliers, coupled with the latest in technology insures the best in quality, turnaround time and dependability.

Our close working relationship with our suppliers gives us a first hand knowledge of newly developed materials, as well as, improvements with long standing products. Our fabrication personnel can recommend a variety of material solutions and provide the necessary technical data to insure that the materials selected meet application requirements for functionality and cost. Commitments to customer service and product quality are the cornerstones of our fabrication business.

Film Conversion
Film Converting The "white-room" environment in our film converting plants reflect our commitment to making sure you receive the same quality product this week, next month, or next year. Our film converting division serves customers in many industries, including screen printing, signage, display, printing, furniture, electronics, digital imaging, transportation and packaging.

Capabilities include sheeting, slitting, rerolling, roll splitting, square cutting, laminating, guillotine shearing, and tipping. We can convert a variety of materials: polycarbonate, rigid and flexible vinyl, decal stock, Static-Cling, PETG, Mylar polyester, styrene, synthetic paper, Ultem, Noryl, PEEK, Tefzel, ABS, PVDF, Stanyl, and Halar.

Two converting plants offer custom and contract converting for repeat, one-time, or large contract production runs. We can also provide off-the-shelf sheet and roll stock products. Our unique converting capabilities are at your service.
